Lines and Stripes LLC is a family owned and operated company based out of Sioux City, IA. Lines and Stripes was founded by Charlie Irwin right out of high school in 2000. His dedication to the construction industry has allowed him to grow both personally and professionally. Over the years the company has invested and obtained the proper knowledge to create a diversified staff capable of taking on multiple fields within the Construction Industry.
